5 Winter Warmer Slow Cooker Recipes
It is official we have entered the start of Winter. The nights are darker, the temperature is finally dropping and those golden and auburn shades of autumn are falling away and melting into the dark and somewhat dreary colours of winter…until we get out Christmas decorations that is!
When the winter draws in, we want comforting food – it’s just that simple. We can’t imagine coming home from a long day at work, through the rain and the cold to a lovely plate of salad. That’s the point where you know it is time to get out your trusty slow cooker out, pop all the ingredients in first thing and then come home to a delicious smelling house and ready to eat dinner. We’ve rounded up some great slow-cooker recipes for you to try out…we even found a dessert!
