Have you noticed that great big yellow ball thing in the somewhat blue sky?! Yep, that’s right the sun has officially arrive. Now, we’re not sure how long it’s going to last but what’s a British summer without a little rain too.

Now that the sun is out, the days are longer and somewhat warmer, our appetites will definitely change. We don’t want big heavy stews and hearty pies at this time of year, it’s time to brighten and lighten up our plates and we found some great recipes that we thought you’d love this summer!

This delicious, non-alcoholic recipe from Flavorite should be served with each and every meal as it really does have one of the true flavours of each and every summer plus it is packed full of goodness!

BARBECUE CHICKEN KEBABS
You’re going to want to keep the barbecue out for this recipe because who wouldn’t want a pile of sticky barbecue chicken kebabs this summer! Sometimes you just don’t want anything hot, especially at the end of a long day, when you’re tired, a bit grubby and want to just sit down with a glass of Watermelon Breeze.
